Main focus on past experience and how it will relate to the job. Genuine people and respectful who are interested about what they do. Call back within a week after the interview.

Interview
They were friendly and kind. I spoke for 40 minutes. They asked me about all the information inside my curriculm and some questions about my tecnical skills. They walked me trhough the company's structure.
