The Recruiter is based in the UK and the hiring team is based in the Shenzhen. The description for this role from the recruiter is about building up channel strategy and establish partner ecosystem whilst the hiring team is just how much revenue can you bring by selling to local distributors. I was ghosted by the recruiter and the team after the interview.
2 tech round and 1 hiring manager round, interviewers are all friendly and kind. including leetcode questions and system design question. They will dive deep into your resume and discuss about your projects
Met with someone overseas during a video interview, asked a range of questions that felt like they were training an AI model to do the job of User Research Manager. No response after the interview.
