All was good with first two meetings with agency contact and direct supervisor. The panel interview was awkward and most interviewers were multitasking, which felt disrespectful. Communication of outcome was handled poorly and unprofessional. For being a role so focused on DEIB and people-centered approach (supposed approach), the agency they used was clearly not on that same page. Manner of handling the situation toward the end was insensitive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Doubtful this would have been the case if it had been a different type of candidate.
