PHN Industry interview questions

Interview session involved with HOD of engineering and HOD of HR. Most of them love to refer to your education background. All of them will refer to your education transcript and will question you the basis and application of several subjects specially on Quality Control, Manufacturing Process, Production, CAD/CAM and ect.. Furthermore, it will be a huge advantage if you can answer the question in Japanese as most of the head management of this company received their training in Japan.

The Project manager and the General Manager not in one mind. Both person want different requirement. The General Manager want very experience person. Know how is good from every aspect, he also mention, many members inside the company will not work with new member.. But the Project manager only want the good project management. All the job can be share between the team.
