Interview
We had a phone interview initially. I came in and met with the Owner and the current Estimator. They were polite, and professional. They asked about software skills, and wanted to know how much experience I had with apartment renovations. They explained their business model, and where their core work comes from. they also discussed in house operations. They were very open to expanding their practices embracing modern technology. He called back to offer me a position with the company.
