The HR called me and told me a brief about the organisation without clearly mentioning the role or sending the JD. Even worse, the interviewer wasted my time, constantly taking calls and asking irrelevant questions. Neither the HR nor the interviewer were aware of what they were looking for, and only after follow-ups did they revert, and that too without any feedback as expected.
