Interview
Phone interview -> personal interview -> coding challenge.
Phone interview went extremely well.
In person interview was awkward and challenging. The company owner is very confused as to what the company goals are, and the project feels more like a hobby than an actual business. They are not making money.
Coding challenge required a 24-hour submission, which I completed. Haven't heard ANYTHING in weeks. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I should have at least been compensated for the day off work I took to complete their project.
