The interviewer did not look through the documents being sent to him beforehand, did not introduce, did not say hello, gives sarcasm attitude, had a rather terrible attitude, constantly feel like a police officer investigating me, and overall gave toxic Oxygen vibes in my opinion. He even hinted that I may have been underqualified because of my bad work. It's fine I get it. Being judged for my achievements. I feel like I'm being slaughtered during the interview. At the end of the interview, he gave me a sarcastic smile and the most ridiculous thumbs up. (he did not smile from the beginning of the interview) Even if they gave me the position, I will decline. It's a sign of a red flag. I know the portfolio and clients are impressive but I don't wish to associate that kind of person in my life.

Interviewer was rather nice but biased towards the design industry. He was rather adamant on sticking to his grounds on just producing print work (particularly books) than embracing digital design. Also, they wanted to negotiate a rather low pay from my expected salary which was quite off-putting given my years of experience.
