I had an initial interview that went well and then was asked to complete a design take-home project. The project was unpaid and probably took me 12-15 hours to set up/work on/package everything and send over. I had 2 days to complete it and when I turned it in, they said they would follow up later in the week. They never did. Abhorrent behavior from companies.
