Interview
Maximum of 3 rounds. HR, Process Head and Management. HR round will be simple. Process heads will get convinced for good communication skills, presentation of previous achievements and eager to work for more hours and giving new business leads. Management round will be too simple, one should accept for multiple works and more (no) variable salary
