My interview experience at Oraan was disappointing. While the interviewers were only slightly late, the real issue was the miscommunication from HR. I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic information or find out what the next steps were.
To make matters worse, I received conflicting information from different members of the recruiting team, which was very frustrating. During the interviews, it also felt like the interviewers were unprepared and hadn't reviewed my resume, leading to generic questions that didn't relate to the job or my experience.
Overall, the process felt disorganized and unprofessional, leaving me with a negative impression of Oraan. I hope they improve their communication and preparation for future candidates.
