I applied directly on Optiv's website. I received an email from the recruiter to set up a phone interview. I had the phone interview with the recruiter, which seemed to go well. She stated I had what they were looking for and I would move on to the next step and do a virtual interview. 3 months later I never received the email for the interview and the recruiter went silent. On the Optiv smart recruiter website my interview status still says "in review" which really speaks to how unprofessional they are as a company if they can't even keep track of candidates and update their statuses if they have passed on them.
