Opla Energy interview questions

Over the phone first, then if you are a possible candidate you will get an in-person interview. The process is not difficult they will contact you through email and your phone number.

Applied mid 2022. Got an invitation for interview at around 6pm for the next day at the office. Interview was with owner and HR person. Got a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Job posting did not mentioned 12 hr shifts and needed to be on-call 24/7, I would have preferred knowing this before the interview, additionally a very short notice time to prepare. Would not recommend.
