Online,The worst interview of my life. The interview panel (technical) was friendly, inviting and professional.Unfortunately the HR lady mercy she was so harsh with me and not inviting at all ,it could be because of my good looks .Oh and they requested that I Unmute my video meanwhile I didn't see their faces ,this is ridiculous honestly we are job hunters not dimpopi. So when I enquired about the salary ranges for this role,the HR lady shut me down on some "we not gonna tell you that" what's the whole purpose of an interview if such information can't be disclosed it's even worse because it wasn't disclosed on the job post .She answered alot of questions with a deep strong emphasis on "should you be successful" however I wasn't moved because I was confident and I did great in answering most of the questions. The process was long and dreadful,I remember I went to the interview around late September 2024 and gotten my response around early January this year. After giving her the run of her money in sending tsunami of follow ups..i think this is the main reason I was not employed. Job hunting is painful long process on its own and I really wish recruiters weren't adding on this.
