1. 1:1 interview with a recruiter to check your CV, talk about your job experience.
2. They come to your house to check where you live. They ask for some documents: driver license, proof of residence, etc.
3. You do several logic tests (way to many) on a computer. Not hard at all, but a little fuzzy sometimes.
4. You talk with some tech lead/ project manager, who reviews your CV one more time and ask about your technical background.
5. One final technical test, if it can be said. They ask you to write on paper an algorithm to query a set of data. Nothing difficult. There's no feedback for this test.
6. They make you a formal job offer.
One final note: their offices are far away from the city and the I.T. department its mixed with others non-tech related.
