Interview
The first stage of the interview was normal Hr interview where the HR gets to know if you are well suited for the company. The second stage is the technical round where they ask everything about the position you are applying for. The final stage is a test where they make you code on the system.
Yes. We like to see that the person is able to handle at least the basics of the task they're applying for. The test is on a live system, with Internet access. We don't expect anyone to cram/mug-up stuff and reproduce it. rather find and apply it to the best of your ability.
