I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at One To World (New York, NY)
Interview
Extensive Interview process. In hindsight, I can see now that all the questions they ask were a lead up to unrealistic expectations. In some ways, the organization sets people up to fail, since they don't have the structures in place to properly support staff in new roles.

Question 1
They provided an example of a potential work situation and ask for how you would approach the work.
The interviewing process has multiple, standard, steps and is very thorough. It is apparent from the interviews that it is really important to the organization to ensure that the incumbent is a good fit for the overall mission and work culture.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at One To World (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process took nearly two months and included four different rounds, which I found excessive for what is basically an entry level position. The process included a phone interview, an interview in the office with two people, written responses to scenarios, and then a final interview with a presentation in front of all the entire staff.
