2 stage. First one Telephonic, basic knowledge of the area and past experience . And second face to face with shop owner or director , mostly scenario based questions. And new practical demo of customer service in store. Previous customer service experience is beneficial.

Met at a Walmart and answered questions as a group. It was open interviews. It was also recorded. Each person had different questions. Afterwards I received a call after a few days went by
