there were a few phone calls followed by two in person meetings, they were very nice people albeit rather serious. The discussion was thorough and they went into quite a bit of detail on the topics. Mostly informal discussion.

The interview was a short Teams Call. For some reason the interviewer concentrated a lot about describing the "Dutch culture" of the firm and was curious to know whether someone from outside of the Netherlands can work within that culture.
