Olympiads School interview questions

Was expected to prepare a half hour lesson and then talk for an additional half an hour. One interviewer was falling asleep the other barely made eye contact. The power poing presentation that was provided needed a lot of revision. I read two chapters of the novel study, created a grammar lesson and a homework assignment and yet they looked at me like I didn't do enough.

Quite unfair process. The interview was mostly about another schoolteacher on an intellectual challenge throughout a mock lesson and semantics. Quite obtuse and argumentative. Does not seem a very warm nor inviting place to work. Seems to be high turnover as well.
