I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied through Learn Up. It really helped a lot. It was a group interview. Before the interview date, all candidates were told to bring in an item that represented something we were passionate about, and we started the interview by talking about our items. The manager asked us some trivia questions (for example, when ON was founded and where) and we walked around the sales floor. Afterwards she sent us back into the store to create an outfit and had us talk about the items we chose. Lastly she asked around the circle for availability.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
