I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Old Navy (Florence, SC) in Apr 2015
Interview
Applied online, received a call back almost 2 weeks later (because they weren't initially looking for evening associates). Had a phone interview on the spot, talked like friends despite my child's talking/whining in the background. After a successful phone interview, she made arrangements to give me an in-store interview (audition) 3 days later because the audition the day before was during my current job's hours and was advised I'd receive a call back within 2 weeks. I was offered the job 1 week, 1 day later.
Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
