I had a total of 4 rounds, including a final round in person. I was rejected for being “too high energy” and being “too much of a go-getter”. The team that rejected me I probably wouldn’t want to work for if that’s the reason, but it was incredibly disheartening. They required a coding test before even being interviewed, and then required multiple stages of interviews just for that to happen.

Question 1
Explain different types of risk and how to mitigate them
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Odyssey Group (Stamford, CT)
Interview
The interview process was first a video interview via zoom and then an in-person interview with 3 people. The folks at this company are extremely elitist and racist and don’t let the few minorities at the company blindside you from what is reality. Each person I interviewed with was extremely condescending and rude and made me incredibly uncomfortable. There were things said to me that I could not believe.

Question 1
If you already had one terrible medical event occur, what’s to say another wouldn’t happen again and you wouldn’t need a leave of absence?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Odyssey Group in Nov 2020
Interview
Through Skype...time consuming but worth it! Just like being in a face to face interview only you are not looking at the person. You also had time to think about your responses.
