Interview was mostly verbal. I interviewed with department manager first. Second interview was with HR recruiter and CTO.
HR part was involving personal questions -which i found a little bit odd- like where my parents born and living etc.
CTO part had some good questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Odeon Software & Technology (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Sept 2021
Interview
The process was pretty fast compared to other companies, from initial tech interview and final interview with the client. Overall took 2 weeks maximum. It has been a really nice experience.
