Oberland interview questions

Very unconventional, somewhat bizarre and messy interview process. Half of those who interviewed me were late to the interview. They were at least very apologetic. There wasn’t clear next steps after each interview just an impression of… “let us know if you’re still interested or have any questions” Most of the people who I spoke with seemed genuinely nice and down to earth. I was very surprised having read the Glassdoor reviews.
