Bem simples: uma conversa entre adultos e, caso haja uma identificação e um interesse mútuo, você é convidado a fazer três dias de experiência como comin. Depois disso, eles dão o parecer positivo ou negativo.

Interview
Casual. Asked me about being able to travel to the office. Really relaxed. Had lunch from a great sandwich shop in Newark and talked about why I wanted to work there as well.
