OED Solutions interview questions

It was a joint interview with another prospective candidate and I was only asked theee questions: what are you hobbies? one word to describe yourself? what are your career aspirations?

Group interview with other potential interviewees and then called back for a second interview. Was a very easy interview, not many questions asked about professional history, more about personal life. The pay was nowhere near livable so I declined the offer. You have to start at the very bottom and work your way up no matter what experience you have.
