Interview
I was contacted via email. Interviewed at Bintulu branch a week later. 3 interviewer. 1 human resource officer and 2 from the related department. 2 candidates interview at a time.
Systematic Multi stage interview. 1st stage will be on technical assessment to assess your capabilities . 2nd stage would be interview with the panels with more focus on behavioural assessment.

First interview - walk in, have few sections
1) HR interview & IQ test - HR questions your past experiences and checks your answers for IQ test. IQ test has engineering questions & math questions
2) Interview with production manager; which dept u prefer, describe what the company does, any engineering project u did
Second interview: face to face
1 HR & 1 production manager, mostly ask about what is your past experiences, how you resolve conflict, will u be able to communicate to korean superiors
