I learned they have a current demand to fill in for a physical therapist position when they hired our agency (national registry) to staff them temporarily. After the contract was finished, I applied for the job during which time was still vacant. Based on my previous performance as one of their contract staff, they consider my application. So, everything we did was only formalities to get hired.
