One on one session with department head in their office. Explained what and who they were looking for. Thought my background was a match but shared they are looking at other candidates.

They asked me to share an experience where I had to interact with a difficult customer.
First-stage interview over Zoom with the Ecommerce Manager went well. Was invited for a face-to-face interview at the office which was one of the poorest interview experiences I've had. Took place in the middle of a very chaotic, loud office with no privacy (which featured a makeshift creche?), the whole interview was derailed by the Managing Director at the time who, every time I answered a technical question, responded by shouting "I have no idea what you're talking about! I don't know anything about SEO!".

Interview
I met with the MD and current technical staff to discuss the role and what we could both offer each other. Following that interview I was offered the role and after several conversations with HR I accepted.
