Interview
Solid interaction with the full team. Seemed like a solid organization with clear mission and vision. I ended up not getting the final offer. However, the interview process was fair and challenging.
I first interviewed with an external recruiter then interviewed both founders only for the role to be determined to be unnecessary/frozen. That didn’t really make sense given the headcount growth goals stated but all in all they seem fine enough.

Interview
first interview was with one of the two cofounders followed by a takehome that was done in bigquery, then a technical interview with a director. take home was reasonable, technical interview was also reasonable. questions during technical were what are window functions, code a variable in power bi, what is ddl/dml
