This is unfortunate!
As with all technology, we periodically have issues with our video conferencing.
Typically, when this happens, the candidate or the interviewer (depending on who sees it first) emails the recruiting inbox and we get it sorted. We didn't see any communication from a candidate for this role. We did have some canceled and rescheduled interviews. Perhaps this was one of them.
