2. Take-home assessment (2 options)
Either build a weather app or a 2-3 page analysis of an open source software, and then a 2nd interview/code review to talk about the work you did.
They reached out an hour before my 2nd interview to let me know that they had decided to proceed with other candidates.
If you're really interested in the sports betting world and it's something you're really passionate about, this company might be the right place for you, but considering their lack of respect for a potential candidate's time, I would be wary and really examine their expectations of you before accepting an offer.
