Das Gespräch war sehr freundlich, es wurde viel über die eigenen Qualifikationen gesprochen und auch die Aufgaben im Job wurden klar genannt. Fragen zur Persönlichkeit wurden in diesem Gespräch kaum gestellt, es ging hauptsächlich um die eigene Berufserfahrung.

Interview
Several rounds with various employees and assessments on the role and background work experience. Focusing on what my skill sets are and how I have managed roles previously. The description of the culture and how my role would fit into the overall business.
The Interviewer was nice and polite. The questions were reasonable and it was made through skype. The process was smooth and systematic. There are several levels need to go through depending on the performance of the interviewee in each stage.
