I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NovaCO (Aurora, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
It’s pretty quick, yet competitive. When I came in for my first round interview there were 4 others being interviewed for the same position, though each one is conducted 1 on 1. I sat down with one of the hiring managers about 10 minutes before my scheduled time, and it was nice I didn’t have to wait too long. This interview was pretty short, but they asked me about my background, told me about the job duties and company goals, and asked me a few more questions about how I would handle different tasks associated with the position.
I was invited back for the second round and met someone who was doing the same role I would be doing. They went way more in depth into the company, what a day to day looks like, and what my career would look like.
Afterwards they had me fill out a questionnaire to explain what I had learned during the interview process.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NovaCO (Troy, MI) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was told that I would be working at a stand in Walmart, Best Buy and other affiliates trying to sell DirectTV bundles. My uncle works for DirecTV and said that Nova Peaks is part of the many pyramid scams out there and to not waste my time and well-earned education.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NovaCO (Aurora, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
I have no idea what these other reviews are about, completely opposite of my experience.
Before coming in, I took a look at the website and it is very clear as to what they do (direct marketing), there are even pictures of the event marketing that they do. Their clients are clearly listed under the services page as well.
I showed up 15 minutes early for my interview, filled out a preliminary form, and was seen 10 minutes before my scheduled time. My interviewer made me feel welcome. This interview took about 15 minutes, they asked me about myself and my experience, told me about them, then asked a few more questions gauging how I would handle some of the job responsibilities. They told me they’d call me that night, and I was invited back for a second round interview.
The second interview took a little more time, around 40 minutes. This time I sat down with another member of the team and they went in depth about the direct marketing industry, the clients they work with and what a day to day would look like, as well as an in-depth overview of the growth opportunities.
Afterwards, I filled out a final questionnaire, which had questions about what we just covered.
