Usually a panel consists of the Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, Urea, Ammonia and Utilities Production and Maintenance Superintendents/Supervisors. In addition, there are representatives from the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Division and Security Unit.

2) Questions on basic ammonia production process
3) Questions on basic pump types, parts and functions
4) Names and functions of necessary process equipment in a fertilizer production company(e.g. turbines and compressors, valves and their types)
5) Solving a math problem should be expected(e.g. differentiation from first principle or integration)
6)Solving a basic force/ bending moment question from physics or strength of materials
7) Naming the company's core values e.g respect, teamwork, reliability, integrity etc.
