Norwegian Red Cross interview questions

Asked about what type of person I am in terms of team player/leader. Asked also about what I do for my free time, going deeper into this and making the interview a bit more personal, as the interviewer spoke of their own experience as well. Felt like a conversation

two rounds of interviews, both were a mix of talking about yourself and what job requirements. The job offer was extended after the second interview, where a third meeting was held to go over the contract. Pretty straight forward process, with nothing to be scared about. It could have been slightly better organised.
