once i submitted an application, i received an email to do a phone interview within 2-3 days. after the phone interview, they asked me to come in and interview with the manager of the unit, as well as shadow a nurse for about an hour.

Phone call with recruiter for about 20 mins and then in person interview in front of panel of managers and nurse educator. Received follow up from recruiter within the week after the interview.
