Interview
The interview process is pretty average. First you interview with Senior Pastor or Executive Pastor which was pretty standard get to know you and what do you feel are your strengths. That led to interviews with several of the Elders. That was more get to know you and their pet interview questions. The interviews with the Elders is more of a sign-off than anything else.
