Straight forward, go over resume and explain job duties. Can be either virtual or in person. Took about 10 minutes. Administrator is very kind, energetic, and helpful. One on one interview.

Interview
Great , easy, Manager was outgoing, and answered every question that I had. Staff was nice. Went on a tour of the building had no issues facilities nice and clean . Met upper management
I cMe to an open job fair they were having. After waiting in the lobby for about 2 hours before anything happened, I should have known to run, but I stayed around. Next I was in a group interview with 6 other nurses and then I left. I got an email later that week with an offer.
