One in-person interview where they mainly asked about previous retail experience and customer service. The employer was particularly interested in knowing more about upscale service and elevated customer experiences. The interview process was about 20-30 minutes long, and I was hired on the spot.

If there were a day of low foot traffic and I couldn't reach my sales goal, what would I do to meet it?
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
