Interview
I applied online and after a while, I got an email to schedule a phone interview. On the day scheduled they were about ten minutes late calling. (Hint: I saved their number in my phone so I wouldn't be put off guard) After the phone interview (basic questions) I was offered to schedule a one on one interview. I interviewed and got a call about a week later saying the position was filled, but there was an opening in another department. So a week later that department manager called me, I interviewed with him, and was offered the position a week later. His interview questions were the exact same ones as the first interview.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
