No.58 interview questions

1st interview was just an informal meeting with the owner .this seemed to go well although there was no structure and was more a general chat about life and the struggle in life business and work , bit of a red flag here. I then get a call at 10pm to discuss again , at that time agree to attend a 2nd interview with HR/ account person and owner , neither were prepared when I arrived but a good outcome at the end of meeting as I was offered the job , i was advised my contract will be sent after a week At this point ,I resigned my current job with 1 month notice and stopped seeking new employment. I then advised my potential new employer a start date, after several emails and 3 weeks later i recieved an email that I would recieve a contract soon. A total of 5 weeks later since 1st interview and 3 weeks since verbally accepting the offer , I receive a standard email rescinding the offer with no explaination. Overall a very unprofessional experience and a complete waste of my time, but glad it came sooner than later as there was some red flags since day 1.
