Brief interview with the VP and President of the company. They ask what you want from the company and explain small details of what to be expected. They promise training (once you start, they don’t offer any training. You either sink or swim)

Participated in a phone interview. Very pleasant, was asked questions I had never encountered before in an interview that were very thought provoking and deep. There was a good balance between talking about experience and questions designed to get a deeper view of my mind and personality
