I have been called by their HR person towards the end of business hours one day. (won't disclose the name here as I don't want to defame anyone at the Imoment). I missed the call but I returned the call very next day. Didn't answer. Tried again, didn't answer. Dropped few text messages afterwards as well. Got reply that I will get a call. Never got it. Been told that hiring manager is away for week and will get back as soon as he come. But again didn't hear anything.
Such an unprofessional attitude in their HR process clearly depicts how casual will they be towards their stakeholders. Atleast there has to be courtesy for following up to what they have initiated.
I will stay away from such a company for sure.
