The Interview Process was average, rather a bit extensive would take your full day.
Day1
1)Face to Face with HR.
2)Face to Face one of the company's Founder (Onsite).
3)Skype Call with one of the founders from their offshore office.
Day2
Final Round Skype call.
Pros:
The Process of conducting interviews was very systematic and professional
Cons:
They might ask you alot of confidential and proprietary information on your previous role in your company which I think is not a good practice.
