The initial screening call with Nestlé was a bit unusual. The questions were very direct and didn’t leave much room to elaborate on my experience or provide context. Most of them focused on whether I met specific requirements — information that was already clearly stated on my résumé. They also asked for exact start and end dates for all my previous roles and the reasons for leaving each position. While I understand the need to verify these details, the format felt more like a checklist than a conversation.
