The recruitment process took around two months and involved just one meeting with the client (a large insurance company). The experience was highly unprofessional and disrespectful to the candidate — emails from the company's client including rates with their margin, and despite the talk of a 'confirmed vacancy', there were no clear details about things like the start date. After 2–3 weeks of delays, we finalized the terms, but on the day I was supposed to sign, I was told the client had withdrawn the offer.
