However, after completing all rounds, I received a rejection without any proper feedback or explanation. Candidates invest a lot of time and effort preparing for interviews, and constructive feedback would genuinely help them improve for future opportunities. Even a small explanation after rejection shows professionalism and respect for the candidate’s time.
