NeoSOFT Backend Developer interview questions

I interviewed for the first round at NeoSoft on July 15, 2025. The interview was easy, and I cleared the first-level round. I was informed that the client interview would be scheduled for July 16, 2025, but I didn’t receive any invite. When I called the HR, she told me that the client interview would be scheduled on Monday, July 21, 2025. I waited the entire day, but again, there was no update or invite. The next day, I followed up, and she informed me that the position had been closed. This felt very unprofessional. It’s the second time I’ve had the same experience with this HR. Both times, she didn’t share the interview invite and kept giving me hope whenever I followed up. If the position was filled or closed, at the very least I expected an official update or email. I believe candidates deserve clear communication and timely updates
